Dhismaareeye is a construction management system available as a mobile app and a web application. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, when it may be shared, and the choices available to users.

Scope

This policy applies to Dhismaareeye on:

• Mobile app (available on major mobile platforms).
• Web application at https://dhismaareeye.com.

1) Information Collected

• Account & Profile: name, company/business name, email address, phone number, username, password (stored as a hash) or authentication tokens.
• Construction/Business Data Provided: project information (sites, tasks, timelines), materials and inventory records, material usage logs, suppliers, purchases, employee profiles/roles, attendance or timesheets (if used), budgeting/costing information, and other content entered into the platform.
• Uploaded Content: files or images uploaded by a user (e.g., company logos, receipts, delivery notes, photos of materials or site progress), depending on features used.
• Device & Technical Data: device model, operating system version, app version, language, IP address, and time zone.
• Usage & Diagnostics: feature usage, in-app actions, crash logs, and performance metrics used to maintain reliability and improve stability.
• Permissions (Mobile): Internet/network access; notifications; storage/media access for uploads; camera access if photo capture or scanning features are used. Optional permissions may be denied, but related features may not function without the permission.

2) How Information Is Used

• To provide and operate the platform: manage projects, materials, usage tracking, employees, budgeting, and related construction workflows.
• To authenticate and secure accounts: sign-in, access control, account protection, and abuse prevention.
• To sync and store data: saving construction and business records and enabling access across devices where supported.
• To provide support: responding to messages, investigating issues, and assisting with account/data requests.
• To improve the platform: debugging, performance monitoring, reliability improvements, and feature enhancement.
• To comply with legal obligations: responding to lawful requests and enforcing applicable terms and policies.

3) Sharing & Disclosures

Personal information is not sold. Information may be shared only in limited cases:

• Service providers (processors): cloud hosting, databases, file storage, crash reporting/analytics, email delivery, and other vendors necessary to run the platform. Providers are expected to process data only to deliver their services and to protect it.
• Legal and safety reasons: compliance with law, regulation, subpoena, or legal process; protection of rights, safety, and security; investigation of fraud or misuse.
• Business transfers: merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets may involve transferring information subject to appropriate confidentiality and notice where required.

4) Data Security

Reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards are used to protect information, including encryption in transit where supported, access controls, and secure credential practices. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but safeguards are continually improved.

5) Data Retention

Information is retained as long as needed to provide the platform and for legitimate purposes such as security, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Deletion requests may be submitted (see Your Rights).

6) Rights & Choices

• Access / correction: request a copy of stored data or request correction of inaccurate information.
• Deletion: request deletion of an account and associated personal data, subject to legal requirements.
• Export: request export of data where feasible.
• Permissions: manage camera, storage, and notification permissions in device settings.

7) Children

Dhismaareeye is intended for business and professional use and is not directed to children under 13. No knowing collection of personal information from children is intended.

8) International Transfers

Information may be processed and stored in countries other than the user’s country. Where required, appropriate safeguards are applied consistent with applicable law.

9) Third-Party Services

The platform may rely on third-party services (for example: app store services, push notifications, analytics/crash reporting, cloud hosting, and file storage). Use of those services is governed by their own privacy policies in addition to this policy.

10) Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted with a new effective date and, where required, additional notice may be provided.
